Making Rolled Frozen Yogurt with Yogurt Bliss, Italian Tart Yogurt Base Mix
This recipe is specially created with small batch mixing.
50 ml milk (approx 2 oz.)
50 mil cream (approx. 2 oz.)
35 grams (3 heaping tablespoons) of the Tart Yogurt Mix or any of our 4 in 1 Pre-Flavored Bubble Tea Powder Mixes.
Mix it well and then pour onto the freezing pan for delicious Rolled Ice Cream.
This will make you one serving (4 to 5 rolls).
You can also use our for rolled ice cream as well.
SERVING SIZES:
For 5 oz. frozen yogurt : Makes about 71 servings.
For 8 oz. frozen yogurt : Makes about 44 servings.
For 12 oz. frozen yogurt : Makes about 30 servings.
