• How To Use: Add to baking mixes for muffins, pancakes, cookies, and cake to add rich flavor. Sprinkle over steamed vegetables or mix with salt for an easy popcorn topping. Use in frostings and fillings for baked goods to achieve a stiff, pipeable consistency without adding extra sugar.
• Making Butter from Butter Powder: Mix 1/2 cup of powder with 2 tablespoons of cold water in a small bowl. Use a fork or a small whisk to stir until smooth and thick to make 1/4 cup of soft, spreadable butter. If the consistency is too thin, add more powder 1 teaspoon at a time.
