It was a legend that crewants of the "Elizabeth Dane" who were dealing with a hundred years ago come back for vengeance when they get foggy again. At 0 a.m. Private Broadcasting Station KAB Disc Jockey Stevy Wayne (Eidrian Barbo) announced the birth of the town and began to start a humorous phenomenon in the town.
